Chicken Baking Ltd Liability Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and publishes mobile applications. This policy describes how our apps handle your information.

What we collect

Our apps are designed to respect your privacy. We minimize data collection to what is necessary for the app to function.

Data stored on your device:

• App preferences and settings
• Content you save or favorite within the app

This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Data from third-party APIs:

• Some apps fetch content from public APIs (such as museum collections or public datasets) to display within the app. These requests go directly from your device to the API provider. We do not proxy, log, or store these requests.

Analytics and crash reporting:

• We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand app usage patterns (such as which features are used most). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
• We may collect crash reports to improve app stability. Crash reports contain technical information about the error and your device type, but no personal information.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or location
• We do not track you across apps or websites
• We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties
• We do not serve targeted advertising

Children’s privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Our apps do not require account creation or personal information to use.

Third-party services

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Public museum/collection APIs — to fetch and display content. Subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
• Apple App Store — for app distribution, purchases, and subscriptions. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
